Three protesters, who were arrested prior to the NATO Summit in Chicago on terrorism-related charges, have now been indicted by a Grand Jury.

Three men, Brian Church, Jared Chase and Brent Vincent Betterly, were arrested in an undercover operation, under the Illinois anti-terrorism statutes.
