Italian scales Vatican cathedral dome in anti-EU protest (video)

An Italian restaurateur was on top of St Peter's Basilica in Rome on Tuesday, protesting against the Italian government and Prime Minister Mario Monti in particular.

Marcello Di Finizio, the restaurateur, tagged along with a group of tourists in order to gain access to the Dome. Once there, he abandoned the tour, climbed over the railings and lowered himself on to a window ledge. He then draped a banner over the dome of the cathedral reading, "Help!!! Enough with [Prime Minister Mario Monti], Enough with Europe, Enough with multinationals. You are killing us all. Development?”... read more and watch video.

The well-known British chef, restaurateur, author and TV personality has launched a food revolution, bringing healthier eating to homes, schools and communities in the U.S.A and U.K.
